Today was a rest day.....and a hot one! This afternoon, the temperature was 30 degrees. We cleaned the trailer and ran a few errands in town. Brian took my bike apart, cleaned it and tuned it up. Today we also reflected on the death of York Regional police officer Cst. Garrett Styles, who was killed yesterday in the line of duty. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to his family and friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with them.
