What a change in weather. Two days ago we were sweating like crazy. Today is a sweater day. High of 15C with strong winds out of North West and overcast. Without the sun to wake us up we slept in until 7 a.m., so Anne didn't get on the road until 8:15AM. A good chunk of the highway from Dryden, maybe after 20 km the shoulder narrowed to a couple of feet. Lots of hills to climb. Not many lakes in these parts, just forest and rocks. Traffic was moderate and polite. At 1230, we stopped for a short lunch, soup and grilled cheese and Anne was back on the road for the final 15km to Ignace. We arrived in Ignace and found a vacant lot, next to the OPP station where we parked for the night.
Total Kilometers cycled today along 17 Hwy, was 105.
