Flipping over the map felt like graduating to another province! Last night we watched A Channel News (London) with Dan McLellan....felt like we were home! The trip down Highway 6 was made under overcast skies. It was hot and humid, so I was grateful for a little headwind to keep the bugs down. Beautiful meandering road with a nice shoulder. The only time I used granny gears was up the hill out of Wiarton. Two great things about Hepworth. Lunch at Tim Hortons and running into Jug and Betty on their way home to Johnson's Harbour! Our trip to the Bruce was complete! Turning in Hepworth to follow Highway 6 the road dived into disrepair. There was virtually no shoulder and what was there, was crap~! And the traffic was solid. Bikers Beware. I reached Owen Sound at 1:50 p.m. We are camped at Harrison Park. Total km 91.
